The East Gippsland Food Cluster Incorporated is a not-for-profit collaborative network of regional food producers and associates, which works to sustainably grow the East Gippsland food sector.
The East Gippsland Food Cluster operates on a “project” basis and most projects also involve strategic alliances with a range of external partners. The Food Custer’s projects are diverse and include workforce solutions, accessing new markets, organic waste recovery solutions, e-commerce, joint procurement, supporting innovation across value chains and encouraging entrepreneurialism.
